Mondays and Wednesdays

Beginners – Grouped according to the number of weeks they have been training.

 

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Advanced Runners – Grouped according to Minutes per Kilometer

 

Morning Groups – Tuesdays and Thursdays – 

from 09H00 to 11H00

Running and Walking Groups

Primarily but not limited to Ladies
