The Administration Commissioner is responsible for planning and coordinating the support services for the organization, which includes the smooth operation of the contact centre and administrative support to the President and Commissioners.

  • Serve as a member of the Governing Council.
  • Ensure that policies, procedures and systems set out by the Governing Council are implemented.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate administrative support; Facilities, Security, Communication, Record Management, Logistics and other organisation support services
  • Develop infrastructure, analyse current processes and recommend as well as implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations
